WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?

All prices listed are in USD. We do have a currency converter for your convenience. 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EUROPEAN AND US SIZING?

For clothing, they are similar. Please refer to the product pictures - in the description, it shows the height and weight of the model with the clothing size being worn.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING? :(

Yes, our shipping is very reasonable and it is less than what we actually pay for shipping

We offer FREE Express Shipping on orders over $99* :)

*Unless our current promotion is free shipping on all orders, then you can have free shipping regardless of order volume.

HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?

Shipping is priced by WEIGHT and we ship all products by Express Shipping

WHAT METHOD OF SHIPMENT IS USED?

We ship orders out with EXPRESS shipping from either UPS, USPS or DHL. Other carriers may be used to keep cost low if the expected delivery time is similar.

WHEN DO YOU SHIP OUT ORDERS?

We ship out orders within 24 hours. Your order will be most likely shipped out the same day it is placed.

HOW FAST CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

1-3 day delivery to United States, Canada, and Europe

2-4 day delivery to Gulf Region, Australia, and Asia

7-21 day delivery to Russia

REST OF THE WORLD: We normally don’t ship to other countries, but if you have any suggestions, please feel free to contact us.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

 We are working on providing tracking information automatically. Please request your tracking information by emailing support@gentlemantobe.com for your tracking information.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCTS AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED THEM? RETURNS?

We offer FREE Return Labels and full refunds for returned items within 30 days of receipt. Simply email returns@gentlemantobe.com and we will help you from there.

MY ORDER IS TAKING LONGER THAN THE ESTIMATED TIME. WHY IS THAT?

There can sometimes be delays in order time due to customs clearance, logistics hold-ups, holiday season, and other factors.  Please understand that we cannot always control this. Delays can sometimes happen due to these things, so we ask that you remain patient and refer to the tracking provided for any updates.

CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?

Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Orders MUST be cancelled the same day they are made or it will be processed.  Once the item has been processed, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.  Please note that it is your responsibility to use the correct address.  We do not offer refunds for incorrect address on the customer side.
